1、 Overview

The drying process is initiated by a wrinkle inducing lamp to form patterns, followed by UV curing. After printing, the product dries quickly and has a special texture. It does not contain halogens or heavy metals and has passed SGS testing, meeting EU standards. The residual content of organic harmful substances meets the national tobacco industry standards.
2、 Purpose
1. Can be printed on gold and silver cardboard, laser transfer paper, PET, PVC, and corona treated PP sheets.

3、 Usage method
Density is 1.02-1.10g/cm3, viscosity is 500-1500m-pas/25 ℃, gravure printing, plate depth is recommended to be 70-120 microns, the deeper the plate depth, the thicker the pattern: first pass through UV wrinkle lamps (12-20 tubes, power 40-80W can be used) to produce wrinkle effect, and then cure with 2-3 curing lamps, energy 30-75mj/cm2。
4、 Precautions
1. The size of the pattern is affected by the printing thickness (plate depth). The deeper the plate depth, the thicker the pattern, and the shallower the plate depth, the finer the pattern.
2. The distance between the wrinkle inducing lamp and the curing lamp is greater than 2 meters, mainly to avoid the light generated by the curing lamp from affecting the wrinkle inducing effect of the front wrinkle inducing lamp.
3. If the wrinkle inducing lamp is close to the paper, the flower will be larger, otherwise it will be smaller.
4. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
