Job Description:
1. Responsible for the research and development of new coating products and the improvement of existing coating products< br /> 2. Develop new coating materials that meet quality requirements in response to the development needs of new products< br /> 3. Follow up and handle quality issues that arise during production, provide technical support for the use of coatings and solutions to quality problems< br /> 4. Responsible for writing product development reports and related technical documents for the product< br /> 5. Resolve technical issues reported by customers and provide necessary on-site services< br />
Job requirements:
1. Have experience in industrial coating production, familiar with production processes such as solvent based acrylic resin coatings and alkyd resin coatings< br /> 2. Possess independent paint research and development capabilities, able to independently complete sampling or color matching, and able to handle customer after-sales issues< br /> 3. Familiar with the use and maintenance of paint production facilities< br /> 4. Good communication skills and a customer-centric service mindset.
