1、 Overview

2、 Purpose
1. Can be printed on gold and silver cardboard, laser transfer paper, PET, PVC, and corona treated PP sheets.

3、 Usage method
Printing machine speed of 4000-6000 sheets per hour or roll concave continuous machine printing, plate roller parameters of 20-40 μ m, UV drying energy of 75-105 mj/cm2。
4、 Precautions
1. If you feel high viscosity during printing, you can first stir at high speed or use a special diluent (n-propyl ester: alcohol=1:1), usually with a filling amount of 1% to 8%, and the viscosity is generally controlled to be applied to cup 3 for 25-35 seconds.
To achieve the best printing effect, the depth of the plate roller and the printing viscosity must be matched. Generally, when the depth of the plate roller is high, the printing viscosity is high, but the ink must be able to circulate in the groove.
3. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
