5、 Precautions
1. If the viscosity feels high during printing, a special diluent can be used, usually with a filling amount of 1% to 10%, and the viscosity should be controlled for 9 to 11 seconds for gravure printing.
To achieve the best printing effect, the depth of the plate roller and the printing viscosity must be matched. Generally, when the depth of the plate roller is high, the printing viscosity is high, but the ink must be able to circulate in the groove.
3. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
