1、 Overview
This ink is a light yellow transparent liquid composed of resin, monomer, photosensitizer, leveling agent, defoamer, etc. It is an ink that is cured by ultraviolet radiation through screen printing on paper and plastic sheets. Has good gloss brightness and excellent wear resistance. Free of halogens and heavy metals, tested by SGS and in compliance with EU standards. The residual content of organic harmful substances meets the national tobacco industry standards.
2、 Purpose
1. Can be printed on PP sheets treated with gold and silver cardboard, laser transfer paper, PET, and PVC corona treatment.
2. Can be used for cigarette label printing.
3、 Usage method
Ink with a density of 0.95-1.1g/m2 and a viscosity of 60-100m-pas/25 ℃, printed on paper or plastic sheets through screen printing and cured by ultraviolet radiation.
4、 Precautions
1. If you feel high viscosity during printing, you can first stir at high speed or use a special diluent, usually with a dosage of 1-3%. The viscosity is generally controlled to be 9-11 seconds for 3 # cup gravure printing and 35-45 seconds for offset printing.
To achieve the best printing effect, the mesh size and printing viscosity must be matched. Generally, high mesh sizes result in low printing viscosity.
3. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
