2、 Purpose
1. Can be printed on gold and silver cardboard, laser transfer paper, PET, PVC, and corona treated PP sheets.

3、 Usage method
Single concave printing machine with a speed of 4000-6000 sheets per hour, plate roller parameters of 20-40 μ m, UV drying energy of 75-105 mj/cm2; Roll concave continuous machine printing at 130-150 meters/min, UV drying energy at 30-50mj/cm2。
4、 Precautions
1. If you feel high viscosity during printing, you can first stir at high speed or use a special diluent, usually with a filling amount of 1% to 5%, and the viscosity is generally controlled at 20 to 35 seconds for the Zein 3 # cup. To achieve the best printing effect, the depth of the plate roller and the printing viscosity must be matched. Generally, higher plate roller depth results in higher printing viscosity.
2. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
3. This product is a UV cured product, and there is strong UV light in sunlight, so it must be stored away from light. When using, stick it to the skin, wipe it with a cloth, and then wash it with water. Pay attention to avoiding sunlight and UV light.
