1、 Overview

This product has good ink balance and anti flying ink properties; Excellent network restoration and offset printing performance. The printed products have bright colors and good weather resistance; The product does not contain halogens or heavy metals and has passed SGS testing, meeting EU standards; The residual content of organic harmful substances meets the national tobacco industry standards.
2、 Purpose
1. Can be printed on gold and silver cardboard, laser transfer paper, PET, PVC, and corona treated PP sheets.
2. Can be used for cigarette label printing.
3、 Usage method
The ink density is 1.05-1.25g/cm3, and the viscosity is 11000-23000m-pas/55 ° C.
Suitable for multi-color printing on various offset printing machines, with wide applicability, stable printing, and high-speed printing speeds ranging from 10000 to 13000 sheets per hour.
4、 Precautions
1. This product can provide a complete color system: bright red, golden red, transparent red, yellow, blue, light blue, black, white; UV offset printing matte oil, reducing agent, ink adjusting oil, fading agent, and spot color can also be adjusted according to customer needs.
2. Changes in ink viscosity caused by changes in environmental temperature can be reduced by using ink adjusting oil. Generally, the dosage is 1% to 5%. Adding a viscosity reducer can reduce ink viscosity and maintain ink elasticity. The dosage is 1% to 3%.
3. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
