1、 Overview
本油墨为粘稠状各色流体，由树脂、单体、光敏剂、助剂等组成，通过丝网印刷于纸张、塑料片材，经过紫外线固化，印刷后网点清晰，干燥快，有特殊质感，产品不含卤素、重金属，通过SGS检测，符合欧盟标准。有机有害物质残留含量符合国家烟草行业标准。2、 Purpose
1. 可印刷于金银卡纸、镭射转移纸、PET、PVC、电晕处理的PP片材。
2. 可用于烟标印刷。3、 Usage method
The density is 1.1-1.3g/cm3, the viscosity is 1300-2300m-pas/25 ℃, screen printing is used, and the mesh size is selected from coarse to fine according to the actual required pattern effect. First, the wrinkled snowflakes are treated with 5-8KW/lamp, usually 20-30 mj/cm2, and then cured with 2-3 8KW lamps, usually with an energy of 70-105 mj/cm2.4、 Precautions
1. Choosing the size of the pattern can adjust the speed of the conveyor belt appropriately. Generally, the optimal wrinkling speed of the conveyor belt is between 35-55m/min, depending on the wrinkling effect of on-site printing.
2. It is best to have a distance of at least 2 meters between the curing lamp and the wrinkle lamp to avoid the light from the curing lamp at the back affecting the wrinkle inducing effect at the front.
3. The speed of the wrinkle inducing lamp can be adjusted for different flower patterns, with thicker patterns being transparent and finer patterns being dull. But it must be under conditions that can wrinkle.
If the viscosity feels high during printing, it can be stirred at high speed for 15 minutes or diluted with a special diluent at a dosage of 1% to 10%.
5. Due to differences in printing environment, temperature, humidity, UV lamp intensity, and different substrates, various indicators such as explosion resistance and VOC control of printed materials are affected. When using in bulk, please test all indicators before using in bulk.
